IGG Trust Corporation

Irish Irish Girl Guides Trust Corporation CLG was established in the 1980s to hold properties on behalf of the members of the Irish Girl Guides as IGG was an unincorporated organisation and therefore unable to own or lease property. The IGG Trust Corporation is a company limited by guarantee, registered under the Companies Act and operates as a separate company and registered charity (CRO number: 99368; Register Charity Number: 20206538). The organisation's purpose and activities are for the promotion of the advancement of the efficient and effective use of property of charitable organisations and for the benefit of members of Irish Girl Guides in Ireland. Irish Girl Guides Trust Corporation ensures that property wardens are appointed for each property, ensures proper health and safety inspections are carried out and that the properties are well maintained for the safety of all users which includes, but is not limited to, the members of Irish Girl Guides.
